I have no idea how he did it but he got us WELL OVER the appraised value!
I was first introduced to Tony over ten years ago. When the market crumbled it could’ve financially ruined me and my daughter's future. I am a single father. Tony spent countless hours getting us out of a bad situation with ZERO incentive on his part. Yes, ZERO incentive. I was unaware that people with Tony’s strength of character are in such a cutthroat field. Fast forward 10 years and I once again called on Tony to help me find a decent home for my daughter and I which was in my price range. I was about to give up hope, but Tony kept telling me not to settle and stay the course... Somehow he found us a beautiful home in an upscale neighborhood at a payment I could actually afford. This was something I thought impossible. Almost 5 years later we decided to sell the house. I called on Tony once again. Tony was doing multiple open houses every week, constantly working on social media sites, working nonstop all while managing to keep me from stressing out. Our entire future rested on this transaction, and I wasn’t taking it lightly. If not for Tony I would be bald with 17 ulcers. I was having a tough time with the process, but he kept telling me to stay the course we originally planned..... I have no idea how he did it, but he got us WELL OVER the appraised value and enough to relocate across the country. As a single father life has been pretty tough at times. Tony is one person whom I will forever be grateful for knowing and has become a lifelong friend mine. I would (and do) trust Tony not only as the BEST real estate agent I’ve ever worked with or even heard of, but a truly genuine human being who cares about people. If I could give him 143 stars I would. I have left Las Vegas to live a dream I’ve had for decades. I honestly believe it would not have happened if I had never met Tony..... Tony, if you’re reading this, I mean every single word. Thank you for being an amazing real estate agent, and more importantly a good friend.  

Tony has helped us through multiple real estate transactions (both selling my family home and buying a new one), as anyone who has used a realtor in Vegas can attest, there are a lot of realtors, but very few exceptional ones. Whatever issues popped up, Tony took care of them and kept us on track, I never thought I would find the right house, but Tony knew what we wanted so well, he went out looking on a weekend without us! he called us and said he found it, e-mailed us videos, he was right, and we were in contract shortly thereafter. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
